In our experience, we have found that obtaining a deep understanding of each candidate's background allows us to identify which candidates will be most successful in our organization.
This involves asking questions about candidates’ education, early years and work history in order to better understand how these experiences have shaped them into the person that they are today.
We recognize that this might be different from the interview process at other companies, but we do it to ensure that the person we hire is right for the role and that the role is right for that person.
