I was asked to come in for a face to face interview. I had only spoken with the agency so I didn't know what to expect but once I had arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted by the Chief People Officer, asked if I would like a drink and placed into a meeting room. We were then joined by the Senior HR Business Partner. I was asked a series of questions by both of them and I found them to be very friendly. I left feeling good about the interview and Instantly knew that if I was offered the job, I would take it.
