Had a chat with a recruiter first. Just a tip to the company, the recruiter has absolutely no tact and does not know how to talk to people. You should definitely consider changing your HR team. Was told by the recruiter to give an online test first and then was scheduled for an video chat. The time was selected by the recruiter even though I had mentioned it is not ideal with me but they wanted to rush with the process. I moved stuff around and accomodated them, then then after waiting for the call for 15 mins, I called the recruiter and he said the panel is not free, lets reschedule it. The incredibly the same thing happened the second time. I was quite furious the second time. He said they will reschedule, but never heard from them. If you expect people to waste their time to give an online test and talk to you, have the decency to keep to the appointments.

A senior employee referred me. Recruiters rejected application because they thought I lacked java experience. My friend followed up and got a recruiter to finally call me. After the initial call with recruiter, they forgot about my application again. Then 3 weeks later they called again to set up interviews, by that time I had already found work. Pathetic recruitment team.
