The hiring process was really quick because credentialing is an industry that never takes a break. Companies that do credentialing always need staff. I had two phone interviews and an in-person interview. The first phone call was to determine that I was a real applicant and not crazy. The second phone interview was with a manager to see if I fit what they were looking for. The in-person interview was two managers and two VPs. I sat down with the two managers and we talked about my experience and the company. Then I spoke with the VPs separately.

Question 1
There weren't a lot of difficult questions. Basically, they wanted to make sure that you can the appropriate knowledge in internet research, phone etiquette, and the appropriate Excel, Adobe, Word skills. Just be ready to answer how you would deal with doing repetitive work and what is more important between speed or accuracy.
