Entretien
I have been contacted by the recruiter 3 weeks after I applied to that position.
The phone screen it was not that useful for me as the recruiter was not able to answer to some simple questions regarding the job position.
A couple of days later I receive an email confirmation (with a zoom link) for the interview with the hiring manager and another manager (she didn't mentioned to me who was this second one).
A couple of hours before my interview, I received another email called "revised/new link" for the interview.
So, for the interview with the hiring manager, I used the second link sent to me. However nobody was in that meeting and after few minutes I opened the first link received.
Becuase of this, I started my interview with 5 minutes on delay. Both managers were not that happy about that delay, (looking their faces...) even if I explain what is happened. (I have been the only one that received the second link?)
The hiring manager started to make questions to me, the second manager switch off immediately the camera (I don't think that is so professional when we are in an online interview).
The second manager switched on the camera only once to make one question. Then switched off again.
I don't think that was a professional way to conduct an interview.
Quite easy to follow - Phone Interview, Interview with manager and additonal panel and then job offer came in via the recruiter. Process was clear and I have enjoyed the interviewees.
