The position I was appliying for was a promotion. I applied online and I was called for the interview. The interview took about 30 minutes. It was pretty straight forward. It did not feel like an interview, it was more like a conversation.

4 interviews, first hr, then with vp, manager, last with CEO. there was no practical test at all. the proccess included only theoretical/ thechnical questions. mostly behaviourial and going over your cv.

Tell me about a time you had to analyse a large amount of data from different types sources.
Went very well, first met with the screener, then the hiring manager, then the team I would be working with. The group interview was first one by one, and then all of them at the same time, asking me similar questions.

At Medtronic, we believe in continuous feedback so we can all improve. When is a time you received constructive feedback?
Medtronic focuses on behavior questions. Many questions asking the interviewee to tell a story about how they reacted in past situations. No technical questions. Nice people and a good interview experience.
