Entretien
I applied online. Did not hear anything for 3 months then got an email requesting a time to talk on the phone. Phone interview with two people - lasted about 30min. Asked stuff about my resume and research eperience. Said they would get back to me after interviewing others. Never heard from them again. They never responded to a couple of emails asking for an update.

They hadn't even read my resume properly, called only probably because I applied through a reference. The manager called and in 5 mins she said she needs someone with more experience. Very clearly mentioned on my resume that I'm a Fresh Graduate. Very disappointed because I was excited about joining medtronic.

A simple process, friendly interviewers, standard interview questions. A phone interview with HR and followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager. If you pass those, you will be invited for an on-site. You are expected to hear from them in a couple of weeks. HR person was the one who decided the compensation package, so be careful when HR ask you the salary expectations.
