It was an internal interview process as I was already employed at Medtronic. Submitted CV and had an informal discussion with the hiring manager. Followed by a business case study presented to 8 peers and questions regarding my presentation.

Standard behavior interview questions. Multiple rounds of interviews. Interviewers were very friendly, but was ghosted by recruiters after the final round of interview and received rejection 6 months later. Could have better communications from them.
