panel interview takes place with STAR based questions, they are looking for clear concise example of thing you did in the past jobs. if you dont know STAR ormat , google it . Also the factory tour is part of the interview dont say something stupid while on tour.

The manager assembled a team of trusted members of his direct reports and they screened me with questions relating to the position applied for. They asked for the name of the quality tools that apply to the position and for description of the method of use.

No crticral question.But wasn't hired for no reason. I think they have internal candidate. Hiring manager was so nice. He didn't asked me tough question. The job was also pritty simple.
