I initially applied through the company website on the career section and uploaded my resume. The HR person emailed me about 2 days later for a phone screening first. The HR straight up told me that they were other candidates who had more experiences that aligned with the position. She was not trying to be mean or anything, but she knew that I just got out of college and if I needed the position that I was applying for, she suggested me to gain more experiences through part-time job like doing QCs and stuff.

Interview was a phone interview and then a in-person with two lab managers. Easy process just a bunch of questions. the recruiters that pointed me in this direction added things to my resume
