Long Process. In person interview lasted 3 hours with two individuals. Relaxing setting. Phone interview was about half hour with 3 individuals. Hard to counter an offer, would hold up the job offer a great deal.

Conversational, laid back , informative. Interview with two managers, then HR specialist. Not high pressure or scary. Welcoming environment and talk a lot about office culture. Very nice and casual yet good feel for the organization.
