I talked to a Human Recource rep, and 2 Clinical Research Associate managers individually. After the Human Resources rep, I was asked to write an essay describing why CRAs are crucial in the clinical research industry. The interview was half questions for me and half questions I had about the job.

Short, 3 interviews total. Phone, big interview, then a final call. They were very prompt with scheduling and letting me know where I stand in the process. Good interview process.

Entretien
A 30 minute virtual interview. Was pretty standard. They asked what my background was, why I wanted to work for them, and my career goals. It was more of a one-one chat to see if I was a good fit. I thought it went quite well but I didn't hear back from them.
HR was on leave so the department head interviewed me directly, it was over an hour a bit exhausting though. During the interview she asked whether I have some clinical trial hands on experiences which was negative as I’m the fresh Graduate
