I had the chance to go through Medly's interview process. Overall a great interview experience. Practical system design question and coding exercises. Be ready to talk about past projects and contributions. You'd be speaking with PMs, designers, eng managers, and engineers. A side note, Margo the recruiter was probably one of the best recruiters I've worked with. She's able to field every question I had about the business (company growth, profitability, funding), engineering stack, and the engineering org. She's efficient, responsive, and accommodating - a true gem for the company. Wish I had joined but unfortunately I decided to go with another company that fits my background better.
