Fairly simple. Heard back for a phone interview a month or two after applying. After that went well, I was told to complete an online skill test which I did. Then few weeks later I was flown out to their HQ in Chicago for in person interviews in which I interviewed with 4 or 5 different individuals. Received an offer when I was at the airport :)
