I was contacted by an internal recruiter who determined I might make a good fit. Next I took an online altitude test. Once I passed that, I went in for an interview at their headquarters and spoke with four to five different individuals managing the group, from the Product Manager all the way up to the VP of Marketing for the division.
3 rounds of talking — interview was a while back so don’t remember much. Questions were fairly generic so unsure how they come up with their decisions. It felt as if this was a personality hire type of interview with not as much substance

The first interview consisted of Behavioral Interview Questions. I met with a Senior Product Manager and when I didn’t move on in the interview process the only feedback I received was to brush up on my business acumen.
