J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Medix (Boston, MA) en juil. 2019
Entretien
The process was very engaging and had some good questions around motivations, a walk through of internships and prior roles (both extracurricular and professional). The team at Medix is quite personable and do a good job selling you on the culture and their mission. I spoke with 2-3 individuals from an internal recruiter and senior leaders (regional and national leaders). I did join and leave as I felt it was not the right fit overall but they did make the interview process clear and transparent.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Medix (Chicago, IL)
Entretien
The interview process started with a phone screening and went well. However, they hiring recruiters that contacted me were not on the same page and provided mixed messaging. After going through multiple screenings and an in person interview, I was ghosted and not informed on an answer.

Question 1
They asked me about my education goals and how they directly aligned with the medical sales recruiter role
A long interview process but a lot of detail about the company. It was first a phone interview and then a final virtual interview. It was very extensive and each round took about an hour or so.
Everyone was very nice and asked great questions to have me share my stories, accomplishments and challenges. Got to interact with lots of different people and meet different leaders. There are a few rounds of interviews to go through
