Entretien
Three phase process. 45 minute phone interview with a recruiter and then a two hour phone interview with the recruiter and sales manager of the office. Both friendly and interested in your career goals and experience. The sales manager asked the same question for each position I have held. They check your references after the second interview. The sales manager seemed very interested and scheduled me for an in office interview. Lasted for four hours, he took me to lunch with another employee so I could learn about the company culture. Was more of a conversational interview. Then shadowed two recruiters and then did two 1 on 1 interviews with other higher ups in the office. At the end of the process talked to the sales manager again and he seemed keen on offering me the job but then said he had to discuss it with his team. The team felt that my future goals did not line up with the companies.

The interview process started with a phone screening and went well. However, they hiring recruiters that contacted me were not on the same page and provided mixed messaging. After going through multiple screenings and an in person interview, I was ghosted and not informed on an answer.

They asked me about my education goals and how they directly aligned with the medical sales recruiter role
A long interview process but a lot of detail about the company. It was first a phone interview and then a final virtual interview. It was very extensive and each round took about an hour or so.
Everyone was very nice and asked great questions to have me share my stories, accomplishments and challenges. Got to interact with lots of different people and meet different leaders. There are a few rounds of interviews to go through
