Starting with a strong foundation in effective communication, I was subsequently assigned to another individual who conducted a 20-minute initial interview. This interview was highly successful, and the next steps were clearly outlined, including a presentation to the hiring team. I was informed that I would receive a response by the following Wednesday. However, I did not receive any communication, so I reached out on Friday via email to the original contact. They kindly responded to my inquiry regarding compensation and pay. A day later, I received a standard rejection letter, which surprised me. Upon inquiring about the rejection, the individual I had been working with stated that she had not met me and could not provide a reason for not moving forward in the process. This is my second interview with this company, and I have observed a concerning lack of organization and respect for candidates within the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition departments. It appears that they do not prioritize the time of potential employees. If you are interested in a candidate and believe they are a good fit, it is important to treat them with kindness and adhere to the timelines you establish. Do not give candidates false hope. Additionally, the compensation offered for a PM position is relatively low, which may deter top talent from applying. While this may be your intention, I encourage you to reject candidates upfront to avoid wasting our time.

We had a phone interview, one and one interview and a panel interview to close out. Overall the process was quick and well thought out. Very well organized and planned out.

Had to present on a health topic during the interview. Kind of odd. Then after the interview, they said if i dont hear from them, to reach out. Which is also odd.
