Quick, detailed and professional interview process within 3 steps - over phone, one to one as well as group with great professional managers asking right and professional questions which were significant to evaluate the applicants
Hiring process was started with a phone interview with the intention of identifying future career path of the candidate and matching his/her background with the requirement of the new opening.
After successfully passing the phone interview, the first in-person-interview was conducted with Human Resources Professional. It was an in-depth interview with very detailed questions in regards to the position which took ~1 hour. HR Professional had a very nice and open character which helped to create a comfortable ambience for the candidate during the interview process.
A week later, the candidate was invited for the next interview with the department manager. The goal is to know how they can get along together and if the candidate is a perfect match for the company/department's culture.
Finally professional references were requested and a background check was done. A very reliable/well known instinct test was taken as well. Kolbe test ! which has one of the most precise results related to the character / instinct of an individual.
During all this process, the HR professional made sure that the candidate is updated for every step and will get informed about the future ones. Very responsive to any questions/concerns. Overall very satisfied with the level of professionalism for the hiring process at Medisca.

Question 1
all questions were indeed related to the position and not unexpected..however I should mention one here anyways :) so maybe "when was a time that you made an error/something went wrong and how did you handle the situation afterwards?"
