First, I had to record myself answering some questions. Then I had a brief phone interview (15 minutes) with a member of the HR staff, then an hour long phone call with the manager. The next day, I had two 45-minute skype calls with two members of the team (including the intern from last year). All the interviews were done within 3 days and then I waited about a week and a half for a decision. The HR staff was very helpful answering questions.
