Intense! Just being asked to be in the interview process was a relief to me. When I was being interviewed one to one than I really had to be sharp and articulate because the interviewer was an individual that wanted the best for the company and didn't want just anyone. She only wanted top notch individuals, people that wanted to soar with the eagles!
