I applied for the position of Customer Care Specialist 6/30/2023, received email for an interview on 7/3/2023, interviewed with HR on 7/5/2023, everything went great , was immediately offered second interview with a team lead for the next day 7/6/2023, had a great interview with the team lead , was offered the position on 7/7/2023!

The interview process was fairly straightforward. It started with an initial phone screening, followed by one or two interviews with a recruiter or hiring manager. They asked about my background, work style, and interest in the company. The questions were clear and mostly behavior-based. Overall, it was professional and moved at a good pace. I felt prepared and informed throughout the process.

I applied online. A week later, I received an email from a recruiter, to schedule for a phone interview. After phone interview, was told immediately I was moving on to a second interview with one of the Manager.
