The first half of the interview was an open chat with the CEO. He was very appreciative of my MR physics knowledge. The second half was led by the CTO, who was asking questions related to Linux system administration, basic statistics and computer science knowledge. 95% of all answers required the knowledge of the command line --help of various Linux tools, which can be easily found on the internet by googling and is therefore a completely wrong benchmark for rating the candidates' skills. This company definitely does not appreciate fast learning as a skill.
