I applied online to this job posting. Was called within 1 to 2 days of applying. Had an interview the next day. A job offer the day after that and begin job training the following week. Job-training varies depending on the position you are applying for: for example registered nurses are trained for approximately one week in the education room of the facility. I also had to do A drug test at the facility and fingerprint background check.

Entretien
The interviewer was not there on the day she scheduled the interview. Another management member ended up interviewing me, but it was clear that she did not expect to be interviewing me that day (which is fine, because she probably did not expect the original interviewer to schedule my interview and then not show up).

Entretien
Was offered a position on the spot. I followed up the next day after finding out there is a sign on bonus that wasn’t disclosed at the interview. I was then told that the individual who offered me the job offered me the incorrect amount. This lead me to believe they were intending to forgo the sign on bonus and when I brought it to their attention they decreased their initial offer. Thanks but no thanks. Dishonesty this early in the game proves to me why the turnover is so high.
