J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Medallia

      Entretien

To me, this was quite a long interview process and given that I didn't receive an offer, it felt even longer. First, they will do a phone interview with a recruiter. Mine took 30 minutes. Next, they'll bring you in for a 3+ hour interview to meet with the people on the team you're being hired to. After they've approved of you, you'll be asked to complete a challenge. This challenge is a form they'll send you via email and it will consist of 3 questions. Q1: respond to the angry customer. Q2: Analyze a spreadsheet of data and pull out any insights. Q3. Write a small program in Javascript(I'm serious.) Afterwards, they'll review your challenge questions and if they like you they'll bring you in for a final interview. This was a 4+ hour interview which consisted of 4 people. 1 director, 1 manager( the position's manager,) and 2 people from outside of the team(One admin and one technical.) If you've made it passed this time intensive and grueling process, you'll get to wait for a few more days and they'll give you an answer. The team is extremely nice. I couldn't say a single bad thing about any individual I met with. That said, be warned, you will be competing, so no matter how nice or friendly the team is to you, don't expect to go through the whole process(4-5 weeks) and expect an offer. Good luck!

      Questions d'entretien [1]

      Question 1

Nothing too stressful. Most of the questions were standard and repetitive. In one of my interviews, I had the same question asked of me by all 4 interviewers, multiple times. The questions are initially about your resume and they'll nitpick at everything listed, so they can fill the hour. Next, they'll ask you more ambiguous questions: What would your coworkers say about you? What is your greatest failure? "Tell me about a time you experience an angry co-worker or customer[...]"

Thank you for taking the time to interview with us and for your candid feedback. We intend for our process to be thorough and invest a lot of our time in it. It's an investment we think is worth it. That said, 4-5 weeks IS long -- longer than we desire. I've spoken to the recruiting team and we're working on shortening the process in response to your feedback. I'm happy to hear your interactions with Medallians were positive throughout the process. Please feel free to share additional thoughts with me at amy.pressman@medallia.com.
