Fist starting with phone screening including coding online, then rounds of deep dive interview. Interestingly there is a section that goes through personal stories to see if you are a fit to Medallia culture. The conversations were very comfortable and casual.

Three phases: Someone from HR Interview with the Manager Interview with the lead. The interview was fast and to the point. I had to answer architectural questions and more Rails focused questions
