The HR first called when applied online. Talked and then called back and explained about the interview process. There was a video interview more on people management and then an onsite for technical and people management.

I met with company HR and managers on online hiring event. We spoke about Software Engineering Manager position that they were about to open. Few days after position was posted online and I applied. Few days later had a first round of interview with HR manager. After that one had 3 additional rounds of interview with managers on different levels. Whole process took a month and I passed all rounds. Few days after last round I've got message that company is shutting down this position.
