I was contacted by their recruiter. he handed the work to another recruiter who did the scheduling. she arranged for a initial phone interview. i was asked questions specific to android like activity lifecycle, use of async tasks etc. general stuff. i was asked to code a problem on collabedit which i did. the only thing that i had some idea was "Loaders" and told him what they are used for. There was nothing very difficult or anything out of the blue
