I had an initial phone interview with a recruiter, mostly about past work experiences. Then I had 2 onsite interviews, with total of 4 interviewers. All interviewers asked pretty much the same questions, which included summary of my background and bunch of behavioral questions about my weaknesses and strengths. There were a few generic questions about project management and organizing work/workflow. Really nice, good quality people and friendly, dynamic office environment with lots of young people.
