Medallia found me on LinkedIn and moved me quickly through the interview process. As a customer-centric company, the recruiter was very familiar with the role of a CSM at the company and gave me a good feeling going forward. I spoke with three members of the team, including a team lead, VP, and senior CSM over a Zoom meeting. While each person had a list of questions they wanted to hit, the interview felt very conversational and friendly. It was clear I would fit right in.

I only had a preliminary conversation with a recruiter. She asked me basic questions about my background and my interest in customer success. She did not really engage my questions about the company culture. I knew there wouldn't be a second conversation about ten minutes into the call.

Four step process with casual Zoom interviews with Recruiter, Manager, Senior Manager and Colleague. No assessment, case studies or panel interviews. Very relaxed and low stress with clarity at each step.

Applied as an internal referral from a current Medallia employee. HR contacted me to set up an initial screening. After the initial call I had 4 interviews. All were conducted by phone and video chat as everyone was in a different location.
