Got introduced through a former colleague. Company needed support to transform how it interacts and structures Systems Integrator partnership. I prepared my thinking on the topic thinking I would present it during the interview. However, when I got there, the Role seemed to be unavailable and the interview became very open-ended. There was a disconnect between my expectations for the interview and what was discussed. Very focused on past career decision making and going through resume to try to understand my career choice rationales.
