steps:
-First meeting the recruiters for a talk
-a coding test that you do onsite on a computer
-then interviews with several engineers, onsite as well as via conference to Palo Alto
-also interview with the head of the argentinean office and also the VP of engineering
-Finally an interview with "people and culture" to see if you are a good fit culturally
a series of questions about how I would sort lists of different sizes and characteristics, with different constraints of space and complexity.
For instance a very big list that had only 10 different types of elements

One phone call with HR, then two technical interviews following by interview with team lead and then with the vp rnd. First technical interview was about JS, second was more comprehensive and leet code question

Three phases: Someone from HR Interview with the Manager Interview with the lead. The interview was fast and to the point. I had to answer architectural questions and more Rails focused questions
