the interview process was just a phone interview. after the initial phone call I was introduce to many administers and they were able to set up all of the paper work including tax information, payroll. Also training process which took up to 3 weeks. which included everything you needed to know about how to conduct assessments in a proper manner also how to handle difficult members.
