where do you see yourself in 5 years
why this position
The interview process was super clear and straightforward. Everyone I met was really patient and respectful. Honestly, I can't fault this company at all. Although I haven't gone through the whole employment process yet, I have nothing but praise for the company thus far.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez MedStar Health (Baltimore, MD) en mars 2023

First, I got a call from the recruiter. It was only a couple of days after applying that I got the call. After, our interview, I was scheduled to meet with the nurse manager for the unit. Which was also scheduled quickly, due to the flexibility in my schedule.
I interviewed within the next couple of days. Then, I got a job offer a couple of days later. The process was quick and smooth. It took more time for me going back and forth with the recruiter regarding negotiating my pay rate. That process took about 3-4 weeks. I accepted the job after getting a bit more than what was offered.
Overall, I’m glad I accepted the job. I do think that there should be more accountability when it comes to the nurse assistant staff. Lots of them only do the bare minimum required of them.
