Not organized. The job description which was posted was not the description for the job they had open. Their web site stated once I submitted my appl I would receive an automated response which i did not get. I tried to call the receptionist repeatedly to verify my resume was received. I could not get the receptionist to answer the phone. I did leave her a message but she did not return my call.

The interview was conducted by phone. After many questions about my experience and why I wanted the job the interviewer proceeded to tell me the job description which was posted did not include the key duties of the job.
