The initial interview was great! He made it sound wonderful and gave me a tour. He discussed the bonuses and gift cards. He talked about his upcoming plans for the new software and the blueprints for his growing business.

Eric Gibbs the owner will take you into his office in the back of the office, ask standard procedure questions, job expectations, and then talk about himself. If you're attractive, expect comments about it during the interview.
