Interviewing with this company was interesting. I was asked to complete a full application which I took my time with, after that I was interviewed by one of the girls who was very very sweet. She explained how their provider enrollment team was established and also how it was growing rapidly. That being my speciality I also gave her some advice with how to make her job easier. We really connected! After speaking with her for almost 2 hours, we then left the interview room. She then asked me to await while she got the president of the company (which is her dad). That was probably the best part in most cases .. Some people think that could be bad but I had great vibes about it. Then the president came into the room shook my hand and asked me to sit in the same room once again, he then told me he didn't have anything in Provider enrollment at that time, so I felt like I gave all my advice to their provider enrollment team!! He asked me to join the credentialing department in which I was well willing however he wanted me to think about it. The next day I offered to work for them @ 16.25 an hour. My experiences can do everything in that office and I wasn't going to settle for less, we all pay bills and I need to maintain my family household budget. The company advised me that they could not accommodate to that. So I declined the offer. She was very nice about it however! She stated that if I had changed my mind to call back. Well, Unfortunately Orlando is a much harder place to find work than Tampa, Especially with all my experience, so after my wife got a pay raise I was able to take the 15/hr with Med advantage, when I sent an email that week she one, lied said she left me a voicemail my iphone does not lie! Haha, and then said they are looking for someone else instead. REALLY? Honestly the company should probably NOT add a provider enrollment team if they dont have the extra dollar to hand out to a woman with a family of four. I don't recommend this facility only because they are not worried about you, you are important only if your needed by them. I am working for the hospital permanently and It's more family oriented that they would ever be. :)
