My interview process was dissapointing. I had a phone call interview which was the first step, got a auto-generated email saying I was unsuccessful. The lady who rung me was almost 2 hours late, and seemed uninterested and felt like she didn’t care what I had to say, I felt rushed and thought she would ask me more or be more professional. And didn’t give me any heads up that she was late/didnt message me or anything, just randomly called late.

Good all stockrooms questions really. You must understand the way operations works and be able to provide answers to scenarios. You must know how to accept deliveries and unpack stock to raising issues and know how to ensure all tasks are properly managed and prioritised

Entretien
Initial interview was an amazing experience. The second interview went very smoothly and was verbally offered the job however a couple of days later I had a phone interview that I wasn’t informed about and then got an email saying I wasn’t successful with the position. There was no follow up on why I didn’t get the position especially after being offered the job on the spot in what was supposed to be the final interview.
Word of caution would be take anything they say with a grain of salt. If that’s also how their head office dealt with potential staff - I wouldn’t want to work for them anyway as there would be a lack of clarity and integrity.
