Applied online. Interviewed a month later for Christmas casual position. Happened over zoom due to covid. Pretty easy, casual interview. There were 2 Mecca interviewers and about 3 of us in the interview

Quick but thorough group interview - the group interview allows you to feel more comfortable not having all eyes solely on you! I loved that not all questions were workplace related also which was great for me being this was my first job I had since I was able to return to work from having children
