There was a video interview and then a interview with 2 regional managers. Over Microsoft teams. It was a little nerve racking. I did recieve a call advising me i had been unsuccessful.

Very simple but was unsuccessful. All virtual and easy to connect. Made it easy to pick a time that works for you and no technical difficulties getting into the system. The interview was lovely and accommodating

Entretien
Interview process was very lenghty and drawn out. I was interviewed twice and each interview was over 1 hour long. i spent hours preparing and interviewing and was extremely disheartended not to get the job. i dont know why so much of my time was wasted. the interview pannel are staff from the retail aspect of the business not head office and people actually qualified to hire in human resources. The online interview made no logical connection to me how playing online games can relate to you getting a job. I spent over 1 hour talking in my interview and at no point i was stopped or asked for any further clarification. I was told i was going to hear back on a specific date, never got contacted. I saw the job being reposted on seek so decided to follow up my application. i was returned with a phone call as they had obviously forgotten to inform me i was not sucessful. after hours of interviews this company does not have the skills to follow up and give people the respect they deserve. I was given feedback that was frankly very personal and not constructive instead tore my self confidence down and has affected my mental health. Overall i am really glad i got to see the true side of the business. I am glad i did not get an offer as i dont want to work for a company that would put someone through this when they arent even apart of the business. What a waste of time and very unprofessional the way my experince was handled.

Ridiculous online games that test your ability to slide pannels of a pathway together, memory test and a math test. Its like i am sitting the GAMSAT honestly dont know why its like this for a retail job.....
Be aware you are recorded the whole time in between games and it does not declare this to you, i believe the company should specify this more for privacy rights.
face to face interview was very structured and rigid. they expect a lot of company knowledge, the internet can only give you so much. i receited all their values and answered every question perfectly. i cannot think what went wrong other than judging me by my 'looks' or intimidated by my expereince. i was asked how many team members i have managed and i said over 40. they said their staff was way under that and it was great. then in the feedback i received they said i hadnt managed a large enough team. i was upset to see that they had lied to me in the feedback. it has also ruined the company for me shopping there. theyve also lost a customer.
