The next part is 1on1 in the next door room where, the like 9-12 tables, with 9-12 interviews set up in 3x3 or 4x3. Again difficult to hear interviewer.

Whole process took about 4 weeks. Submitted my online application and 2 weeks later was invited to a 1:1 interview at the Mecca Store in Sydney. Store manager interviewed me and she was lovely - super conversational and asked questions relating to the prompts in the initial email they sent. That night I got an email asking for passport and reference checks. 6 days later I got offered the job and contract.
