Got an invitation to interview via Harri.com and went in to meet with the general manager. Had a spirited conversation about my past work experience and also about what I admire about the company. Was asked about what past co-workers would say about me... Etc. etc. Overall low key and low pressure process! Not too many "interview-y" questions which was a major plus.
