      Candidature

J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Mead Johnson (Evansville, IN)

      Entretien

This company has the most unprofessional interview process I've experienced in my career thus far. If you have an interview at Mead Johnson Nutrition- proceed with caution. You have been warned! MJN required overnight travel to Evansville to give a presentation as Part 3 of my interview process. The on-site interview was an unorganized mess where 2 out of 6 interviewers didn't even bother to show up or call in to the interview along with several aspects that I just deemed as "questionable" at the time. I gave my presentation and all of MJN team's subsequent interview questions focused on the details of my specific ideas and content rather than my fit for the role as a candidate. I felt pressured to elaborate on my answers more than I was comfortable with because they kept rephrasing their questions until they got the level of detail the wanted. There were 4 of them, and 1 of me. Further, each person on the their team had something negative to say about the parent company (Reckitt). One person even blasted a previous VP of MJN. Then, in my virtual final interview a few days after my on-site visit, the new VP mentioned how he and the hiring manager were already using my ideas from my presentation earlier that week! I was so shocked that I was speechless. And that rarely happens to me! The most unsettling part is MJN completely ghosted me and did not reimburse my travel expenses. I emailed them and called them for a couple of weeks and got no response from 3 different people. I found out I didn't get the job when I finally logged into their Workday system and saw that it went from "interviewing" to "UNSUCCESSFUL". I hope no one else has to go through a process like this with them. It really did a lot of damage in a lot of ways.

      Questions d'entretien [1]

      Question 1

They asked me to do a 10-15 min presentation on how I would approach the role I was interviewing for and include examples of programs and materials. I followed their direction because I wanted the job and was excited about the possibility of working there. In exchange, they took my ideas, didn't reimburse my travel expenses and ghosted me :)
