I heard back from the company relatively quickly after I applied, shortly after I scheduled an interview with the HR and Operations representative of the company. The interview itself went well and I had high hopes from it, but now its 2 weeks later and they are nowhere to be found. I was supposed to receive a call back from them within a week, I follow up with them and still haven't heard back. I think this is very unprofessional on their side. If they decided to hire someone else that is okay, at least notify the rest of the candidates.
