Interview was relaxed and friendly, i was offered coffee beforehand on two occasions by members of staff who spoke well of the company, though one guy worked direct for virgin media, The manager who interviewed me had worked in the industry for over 20 years, so he new first hand what the job involved, it reflects well on a company when they promote managers from the grass roots as opposed to getting in someone straight out of uni with a Degree and no real experience of the job,
