Apply, get contacted about a time, have the interview a week later, panel interview with everyone asking a different question. There were basic questions like "where have you worked in a group", "how do you manage your time", etc.

The position was for the Department of Psychology, Neuroscience, and Behaviour (PNB). The interview was a 2 stage process. It was difficult because of the types of questions asked. They were very direct. However, others were curve balls, such as the LGBTQIA training question.

Interview process: First a brief phone call for screening and to describe the role at the beginning with a few questions, followed by longer interview by the supervisor and then final interview with hiring panel.
