I had a phone interview with their recruiter and set up an interview for a few days later. Upon my arrival I met with the recruiter for the first half-hour and rehashed my experience on my resume. Next was a tour of the warehouse with a female supervisor explaining their processes. Next was a 1:1 interview with a male supervisor who seemed like he wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. He was not asking any in-depth interview questions and was just trying to pick apart my resume/put me on the spot. Lastly was another 1:1 interview with a female manager. She was also not asking insightful interview questions...just picking apart my resume/trying to catch me off guard/seeing if I could explain my previous work experience (which I had already done twice). Overall, the nicest, most insightful interviewers were the first two; the third seemed liked he wanted to get out of there and the last seemed like a waste of time. Overall, everyone working in the warehouse was busting their butts and seemed miserable and scared to screw up.

It was really easy. Arrived about 30 min early to park and find your way through construction. The two ladies that were hiring were very nice. Always bring extra resumes. You will walk the warehouse or building you are applying to so wear comfortable shoes. They get back to you fairly soon.
