J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez McMaster-Carr (Los Angeles, CA) en févr. 2026
Entretien
3 behavioral interview questions, no "tell me about yourself" introduction. Took 30 min overall. Questions were "tell me about a time you made a decision which changed the course of a project", "tell me about a time you had to pivot", and "tell me about a time you had a disagreement with a mentor and how you resolved it". From what I could tell the entire interview process was only answering behavioral questions.

Applied on their website and recieved reply back relatively quickly to set up a 30 minute zoom interview. Very nice person interviewing but asked me questions that fall under the recruitment track more therefore was caught a bit off guard. Was rejected a couple days later via email.
onsite had 3 rounds, it was easy behavioral based questions. Mostly focused on my resume and the experience I had. The office was great, they give you a tour at the start of the day and break out into interviews. Lunch was at their cafeteria.
