I applied to the job on Handshake, so they reached out by Handshake message and email. We set up a Zoom call, which actually started late because they switched the interviewer and sent the wrong link. Pretty typical interview questions for the most part.

When was a time you learned a lesson / failed and used it to improve in the future
recuiter call described as "networking call" after linkedin message. It was more of an interview format with questions back and forth, one behavioral scenario, screeners about work eligibility, and then info about the application timeline/process at the end.

Applied on their website and recieved reply back relatively quickly to set up a 30 minute zoom interview. Very nice person interviewing but asked me questions that fall under the recruitment track more therefore was caught a bit off guard. Was rejected a couple days later via email.
onsite had 3 rounds, it was easy behavioral based questions. Mostly focused on my resume and the experience I had. The office was great, they give you a tour at the start of the day and break out into interviews. Lunch was at their cafeteria.
