I applied online for an entry level position and heard back to come in for an interview within a month. I met with the head of the structures division. The interview was a little intimidating and heavily based on technical skills rather than personality questions. If you put a technical skill on your resume, be sure to understand how you have applied it. Know the the structural analysis process as well. There was a short test at the end of the interview which had basic structural analysis questions. Study your notes.
